Our company invited Carole Taylor from ClientWave into one of our Groups 19 Salons with the intention to improve their Retail Business.

We chose our Loughborough Salon as they were our weakest retail site. The salon closed for a day and trained with Carole.

The training they received gave positive results immediately, averaging a 76% improvement to the business over a three month period.
