In order to secure your design and development resources, ClientWave will require a deposit on commencement of work.
The deposit amount is typically 35% of the quoted investment and will be clearly stated on all paperwork.
Should ClientWave fail to present website designs which truly reflect your business goals, branding, and target client base within an agreed timescale, ClientWave will refund your deposit in full.

The only thing we ask is that you endeavour to supply ClientWave with all available logo's, images and any marketing materials you may have on request; and offer considered feedback when presented with proposed designs.
Remember, you will have full access to your website design construction area at all times and be able to contact your design coordinator to discuss and progress when convenient to you..!ClientWave recognise's your time constraints and will do as much as possible to minimise any distractions to your normal working day.
